The Site-Based Decision Making Committee is the committee that aids in making decisions for the school, based on the improvement of the school.  Last year, Creekside's SBDM created the SBDM By-Laws, the Parent Involvement Policy, and created and amended the School Improvement Plan.  This year, the committee will be focusing on finding and implementing solutions pertaining to issues concerning the school's growth.  We will also be working diligently to find and implement avenues to better enable our Title I population to succeed.  Parents are an important part of this committee.
